NO REFUNDS — EXCHANGES ONLY

At Golden Hour Hair, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We only allow exchanges within 24–48 hours of receiving your order, provided the hair/wig is unused, unworn, unaltered and in its original condition.

Items that have been worn, cut, coloured, washed, installed or altered will not qualify for an exchange.

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it and contact us if there is an issue.

Lay-by purchases are non-refundable.
