Exchanges are accepted within 24–48 hours of receiving your order, provided the hair/wig is unused, unaltered, unwashed and in its original condition.

Items that have been worn, washed, cut, coloured, customised or altered cannot be exchanged.

Keep your wig looking beautiful with proper care. Gently detangle the hair before sleeping, apply a small amount of serum when needed, and protect your wig with a silky bonnet or scarf.

Avoid excessive heat and always use a heat protectant when using styling tools.
